Graduated in Business Administration at Católica - School of Business and Economics, in 1995 and completed post-graduation in Derivatives. From 1995 to 1997, worked at CMVM (Portuguese Stock Exchange Commission), having been responsible for the conception and implementation of the supervision and alert system for derivatives trading. From 1997 to 1999, worked at Banco Finantia (Portuguese Investment Bank), in Asset Management, Hedging Strategies and Private Banking. From 1999, was founding partner of MMoura Consultores Lda., having been involved in Project Finance coordination of all major Portuguese Public Concessions for Port Operations and Public Transports. Since 2012 have been working in M&A, having conducted and concluded several transactions, mostly as Sell Side Advisor, both in Portugal and Cross-Border, being the largest one over 100M EUR.
Uznain Hanif
Partner
Holds BA in Business Management, completed the Master in Finance program from Católica Lisbon Business & Economics.
Started his career at Barclays Corporate Banking working as a financial analyst managing currency and interest rate derivatives from a risk management perspective. He also worked for Tecnifar S.A., one of the largest Portuguese pharmaceutical firms before moving to Angola for 4 years, where he worked in several senior roles focused in corporate and trade finance including with Kia Motors Angola. Hanif has also been working in a global role within the finance organization of Visteon Corporation.
Since 2017 have been working in M&A, having conducted and concluded several transactions, mostly as Sell Side Advisor, both in Portugal and Cross-Border.
Marco Hulsewe
Partner
Seasoned corporate finance, investment and real estate deal maker with profound knowledge on the real estate and corporate Spanish market. Has broad experience in cross-border transactions and in dealing with equity funds, family offices and international investors.
Is used to mandates to solve refinancing issues in different industrial areas and mandates from global private investors to look for investment opportunities. Holds a PDD from IESE Business School, MRE from Maastricht University and a Master in Real Estate from Barcelona University.
Main achievements have been to develop a strong international network by working in countries like USA, Spain, Morocco, Belgium, Croatia, Holland and Germany, and to obtain profound business understanding of many industries by working in several multinationals like H.J. Heinz, Yakult, Storck, and the strategic management consultancy Diamond Cluster in projects for Telefónica, Vodafone, Deutsche Telecom, etc., as well as in project management and Real Estate investment for MH Property Consultants.
Former President of the Dutch Business Association in Barcelona, Spain and is currently a member of the Catalan family owned business work group “Millora Continua”, and the “Círculo Ecuestre”.
